BARTO PA - A second workshop meeting to discuss the master plan for Barto Community Park is scheduled for Sept. 22 (2026; Tuesday) at the Washington Township offices, 122 Barto Rd. The meeting is free to attend, and the public is encouraged to offer comments.
An initial discussion on the plan was held Aug. 18, also at the township offices. During it, members of Washington’s Parks and Recreation Board made draft concept plans available for public viewing, comments, and feedback.
The September meeting is another attempt to solicit residents’ opinions, and any suggested changes for consideration.
